新疆不同地区‘疆岳驴’体质量体尺相关性分析

摘　　要：为加快疆岳驴的选育培育和提纯复壮进程,以岳普湖县、泽普县和阿克陶县的‘疆岳驴’、杂交驴和‘新疆驴’为研究对象,比较分析其体质量体尺差异,并研究探讨体质量与体尺指标间的相关性。结果表明:‘疆岳驴’成年驴中,岳普湖县的体高(132.39±6.27)cm、体长(133.77±55.93)cm和体质量(255.32±30.47)kg极显著高于阿克陶县和泽普县(P<0.01);胸围(139.93±7.47)cm极显著高于泽普县(P<0.01),显著高于阿克陶县(P<0.05)。‘疆岳驴’育成驴中,岳普湖县除了体长高于阿克陶县,体高略高于泽普县外,其余指标极显著和显著低于其他2个县。‘疆岳驴’种公驴中,阿克陶县的体高极显著高于泽普县(P<0.01),显著高于岳普湖县(P<0.05);体长极显著高于其他2个县(P<0.01)。杂交驴中,阿克陶县的体高、体长、胸围、管围和体质量都极显著低于其他2个地区(P<0.01)。此外,‘疆岳驴’的体高、体长、胸围和体质量极显著高于杂交驴和‘新疆驴’(P<0.01)。成年‘疆岳驴’、育成驴、杂交驴和不同类型驴体质量均和胸围高呈显著或极显著不同程度的相关性。综上,为达到‘疆岳驴’选育的良好效果和目标,体质量和胸围应是重点考虑的体尺指标。In order to speed up the breeding,cultivation,purification and rejuvenation process of′Jiangyue donkey′,′Jiangyue donkey′,hybrid donkey and′Xinjiang donkey′in Yuepuhu County,Zepu County and Aktao County were taken as the research objects to explore the correlation between body size and body weight target of these donkey.The results showed that the body height(132.39±6.27)cm,body length(133.77±55.93)cm and body weight(255.32±30.47)kg of adult′Jiangyue donkey′in Yuepuhu County were significantly higher than those in Aktao and Zepu County(P<0.01),and the chest circumference(139.93±7.47)cm was significantly higher than that in Zepu County(P<0.01)and Aktao(P<0.05).Except that the body length of the bred donkeys in Yuepuhu County was higher than that in Aktao County and the body height was slightly higher than that in Zepu County,the other indexes were extremely significant and significantly lower than those in the other two counties.The body height of the breeding male donkeys in Aktao county was significantly higher than that in Zepu County(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in Yuepuhu County(P<0.05).The body length of the breeding male donkeys in Aktao County was significantly higher than that in Yuepuhu county and Zepu County(P<0.01),and the body height,body length,chest circumference,tube circumference and body weight of hybrid donkey in Aktao county were significantly lower than those in the other two regions(P<0.01).The body height,body length,chest circumference and body weight of′Jiangyue donkey′were significantly higher than those of hybrid donkey and′Xinjiang donkey′(P<0.01).Body weight of adult′Jiang Yue donkey′,bred donkey,hybrid donkey and different types of donkey showed significant or extremely significant correlation with chest circumference height.Therefore,we should make full use of the correlation between body size indexes,especially the correlation between body weight and chest circumference,so as to achieve the breeding effect and goal.
