摘  要:采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮(NVP)和丙烯酸十八酯(SA)等4种单体进行反应,并对其反应条件进行优化,得到了一种增黏能力好的疏水改性四元共聚物PAANS。对其进行了性能评价,实验结果表明,PAANS具有较好的增黏能力和抗温抗盐能力。浓度为2000mg·L^(-1)时,其表观黏度达到133.6mPa·s;95℃时,PAANS溶液的表观黏度为75.1mPa·s,黏度保留率为54.54%;混合盐浓度达到30000mg·L^(-1)时,PAANS的黏度值和黏度保留率远高于HPAM。Acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NVP)and octadecyl acrylate(SA)were used for the reaction,and the reaction conditions were optimized to obtain a hydrophobically modified tetrapolymer PAANS with good viscosity-increasing ability.By evaluating its performance,the experimental results showed that PAANS had good viscosity-increasing ability,temperature and salt resistance.When the concentration was 2000 mg/L,its apparent viscosity reached 133.6mPa·s.At 95℃,the apparent viscosity of PAANS solution was 75.1mPa·s,and the viscosity retention rate was 54.54%.When the mixed salt concentration reached 30000mg/L,the viscosity value and viscosity retention rate of PAANS solution were much higher than those of HPAM.
