摘  要:龙爪槐果实中含有氨基酸类、黄酮类、生物碱类和糖类等活性成分,药理活性显著。本实验用超声波法提取龙爪槐果实中的化学成分,采用柱层析、薄层色谱、高效液相色谱等方法,对处理后的槐角提取物进行分离,利用分子网络化系统分析样品中的化学成分,最后分离出染料木黄酮-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。The fruit of Sophora japonica contained active components such as amino acids,flavonoids,alkaloids and sugars,with significant pharmacological activity.In this experiment,the chemical components in Sophora japonica horn were extracted by ultrasonic method.The treated Sophora japonica horn extract was separated by column chromatography,thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chemical components in the sample were analyzed by molecular network system.Finally,Genistein-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were isolated.
