摘 要:本文采用溶胶凝胶法,配合硅烷偶联剂,制备了硅包覆的三聚磷酸铝,测量了产品的吸油值、导电率和酸碱值,通过FT-IR、激光粒度仪、SEM和盐雾实验,对产品的相关性能进行了研究。结果表明,硅包覆不影响改性三聚磷酸铝的pH值。因改性后的三聚磷酸铝表面负载有一层硅包覆层,改性三聚磷酸铝的吸油值与电导率出现下降,粒径轻微增大。硅烷偶联剂接枝成功,三聚磷酸铝表面的硅包覆层呈松散状分布,改性后的三聚磷酸铝在水性丙烯酸中的相容性比未改性时更好,防腐性能得到提升。硅包覆改性的三聚磷酸铝在水性涂料领域将具有更广阔的应用前景。In this study,silicon coated aluminum tripolyphosphate was prepared by sol-gel method with silane coupling agent,and its oil absorption value,conductivity and acid-base value were measured.The performance of produc were analyzed by FT-IR,laser particle size analyzer,SEM and salt spray test.The results showed that silicon coating did not affect the pH value of modified aluminum tripolyphosphate.The surface of modified aluminum tripolyphosphate was loaded with a layer of silicon coating,the oil absorption value and conductivity of modified aluminum tripolyphosphate decreased,and the particle size slightly increasesd.The silane coupling agent was successfully grafted,and the silicon coating on the surface of aluminum tripolyphosphate was loosely distributed.The compatibility of modified aluminum tripolyphosphate in waterborne acrylic acid was better than that of unmodified aluminum tripolyphosphate,and the corrosion resistance was improved.
