摘 要:重选脱硫降灰具有污染低、工艺设备简单的优势,但该技术的瓶颈在于不够高效,脱硫降灰效果有限。为了提高煤炭重选的脱硫降灰效果,以陕北子长中硫煤为研究对象,基于原煤粒度、密度特性,通过摇床、离心分选试验,开展了重力-离心力耦合力场下的煤炭脱硫降灰研究,考察了摇床、离心分选工作参数及摇床-离心联合分选对煤炭脱硫降灰效果的影响。试验结果表明:摇床分选对粗粒级煤的降灰效果较好,而离心分选对细粒级煤的脱硫效果较好;摇床-离心联合分选可获得产率为30.36%、灰分为19.33%、硫分为1.63%的精煤产品。相较于单一设备分选,摇床-离心联合分选脱硫降灰效果得到了显著提升。Desulfurization of coal using gravity separation process offers the special merits of being low in environmental pollution,and simple in layout of process equipment.However,the bottleneck of this technology lies in its relatively low efficiency and limited sulfur and ash removal capacity.In order to improve the sulfur removal efficiency of the gravity separation process,the middle-sulfur Zichang coal is taken as the object of study.Following an analysis of the size and density characteristics of the coal the tabling and centrifugal separation test are both made to explore the sulfur removal and ash reduction effect that can be obtained by the combined process working in gravity-centrifugal force coupled field,as well as the operating parameters of each process and the effect of separation process on sulfur removal and ash reduction of coal.Test result shows that for the reduction of ash of coarser particles,a better result can be obtained with the use of the tabling process while for the desulfurization of finer sizes,a better effect can be expected by using centrifugal separation process;as evidenced by result of the tabling-centrifugation combined separation test,a clean coal product with a yield of 30.36%,an ash of 19.33%and a sulfur content of 1.63%can be obtained-a significantly improved sulfur removal efficiency as compared with the use of a single process.
