摘  要:自体支撑式安全轮胎现已成为了乘用车防爆轮胎的主流配置,而作为核心部件的胎侧支撑胶,其结构对整个轮胎性能的影响是不可忽视的。以225/50R17 98W子午线轮胎为研究基础,设计了平直和圆滑边缘过渡的2种胎侧支撑胶结构方案,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对轮胎分别进行了零压工况下的负荷特性和接地特性分析。结果表明:2种方案的自体支撑式轮胎在径向刚度和接地应力分布方面均明显优于同工况下的子午线轮胎。并且通过类比2种结构方案可得出,在中低载荷下,较长的平直胎侧胶设计与带束层的重合面积更大,承载区域分布更均匀,可有效缓解胎面和支撑胶内部应力分布集中现象。研究结果对自体支撑式安全轮胎的力学性能分析和结构优化具有指导意义。The self-supporting run-flat tire has become the mainstream of the explosion-proof tire industry. As the core component, the influence of the sidewall supporting rubber structure on the performance of the whole tire cannot be ignored.Based on 225/50 R1798 W radial tire, this paper adopts two sidewall supporting rubber structure design schemes of flat and smooth edge transition, and uses ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze the load characteristics and grounding characteristics of the tire under zero pressure conditions.The results show that the radial stiffness and ground stress distribution of the self-supporting run-flat tire are significantly better than those of the radial tire under the same working condition.By comparing the two sidewall supporting rubber structures, it can be concluded that under medium and low loads, the overlap area between the long straight sidewall rubber design and the belt layer is larger, and the bearing area is more uniform, which can effectively alleviate the stress dispersion and concentration in the tread and supporting rubber.The research results have guiding significance for the mechanical properties analysis and structural optimization of self-supporting run-flat tire.
