摘 要:激光选区熔化(selective laser melting,SLM)技术作为一种极具发展前景的增材制造技术,能够基于三维模型成形任意形状的零件。但在成形复杂零件时会出现悬垂结构,因为悬垂结构独特的特征导致悬垂面位置的散热条件、熔池稳定性差,常出现翘曲变形、挂渣等缺陷,严重影响零件的整体成形质量。针对激光选区熔化技术在悬垂结构打印中出现翘曲变形问题,将热弹塑性有限元法与固有应变法相结合,给出了悬垂结构的倾斜角度、成形高度、成形平面尺寸对翘曲变形的影响规律。采用响应曲面法,通过Box-Benhnken实验,建立了悬垂结构翘曲变形预测经验模型,据此提出了悬垂结构翘曲变形补偿方法。通过打印成型实验,验证了悬垂结构翘曲变形预测模型以及翘曲变形修正方法的正确性。As a promising additive manufacturing technology,selective Laser Melting(SLM)technology can form parts with arbitrary shapes based on 3 D models.However,when forming complex parts,overhanging structures will inevitably appear because the unique structural characteristics of overhanging structures lead to poor heat dissipation conditions at overhanging surfaces,poor stability of molten pool,and usualwarpage,slagging and other defects,which seriously affect the overall forming quality of parts.In order to solve the problem of warping deformation in the printing of overhanging structure by laser selective melting technology,the thermal elastic-plastic finite element method is combined with the inherent strain method,and the influence law of the inclination angle,forming height and forming plane size of overhanging structure on warping deformation is studied and given.Based on Box-Benhnken(BBD)experiment,an empirical model predicting the warping deformation of overhanging structures is established by response surface method,and a method compensating the warping deformation of overhanging structures is proposed.Through the printing experiment,the correctness of the prediction model and the correction method of the warping deformation of the suspension structure is verified.
