吸刮术治疗表皮囊肿伴感染20例疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价吸刮术治疗表皮囊肿伴感染的临床效果。方法:收集2019年4月至2020年9月我院表皮囊肿伴感染患者。采用吸刮法进行治疗,随访皮损恢复、复发、瘢痕、其他不良并发症,以及患者满意度情况。结果:共治疗表皮囊肿伴感染患者20例,术后均随访>1年,18例治愈无复发,未留明显瘢痕;2例患者均于治疗后半月余复发,行第二次治疗后治愈无复发,且未留明显瘢痕。所有患者术后1年满意度95%,且均未出现周围组织感染及其他并发症。结论:吸刮术治疗表皮囊肿伴感染效果好,复发率低,不留瘢痕,患者满意度高。Objective:To access the efficacy of suction curettage in the treatment of epidermal cyst with infection.Methods:The patient with epidermal cysts from April 2019 to September 2020 in department of dermatology.The patients were treated with suction curettage.All the patients were followed up to access the lesion recovery,recurrence,scar,other adverse complications and patient satisfactio.Results:There were 20 patients were collected in this study.All patients were followed up for more than 1 year.18 cases were cured without recurrence and obvious scar.Two patients recurred more than half a month after treatment and then cured after given the second treatment.The satisfaction of all patients was 95%one year after operation,and there were no peripheral tissue infection and other complications.Conclusions:Suction curettage in the treatment of epidermal cyst with infection has good effect,low recurrence rate,no scar and high patient satisfaction.
