摘　　要：生物制剂治疗银屑病的疗效已得到普遍认可,但仍有部分患者对生物制剂应答较差,可发生于生物制剂初始阶段,也可发生于生物制剂治疗中后期,提示患者个体间差异是影响生物制剂疗效的因素之一。本文就影响银屑病生物制剂疗效的患者因素及相应治疗对策进行总结,为银屑病患者生物制剂的选择及治疗方案的调整提供依据。The efficacy of biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis has been generally recognized,but some patients still have poor response to biological agents,which can occur in the initial stage of biological agents,or in the middle and late stages of therapy with biologic agents.It is suggested that the individual difference of patients is one of the factors affecting the efficacy of biological agents.In this paper,the factors affecting the efficacy of biological agents in patients with psoriasis and the corresponding treatment strategies were summarized to provide a basis for the selection of biological agents and the adjustment of treatment regimen.
