摘　　要：患者1,女,34岁。臀部结节半年,破溃1个半月。患者2,女,34岁。双侧臀部多发皮下结节伴破溃3年。2例患者均因保胎曾有臀部黄体酮皮下注射史。临床表现结合组织病理诊断为异物肉芽肿。均给予手术切除治疗,愈后良好。Case one,a 34-year-old female presented with a six months history of hip nodules on buttocks,with ulceration for 1.5 months.Case two,a 34-year-old female presented with multiple subcutaneous nodules with ulceration on buttocks for 3 years.Combined clinical manifestations with pathology,the diagnoses of foreign body granuloma were made.Both patients were treated with surgical resection,and had a good effect.
