摘  要:针对轴流压气机气动性能试验领域存在的低压比状态下温升效率测量问题,通过对试验中常规测温方法的误差源进行理论分析,提出了一种反串测量温升效率的方法。按照测试原理设计了油槽标定原理性试验进行验证,并在2个试验器平台共计3台压气机工程试验环境下进行了深入验证。研究结果表明:相比于常规测温方法,反串测温方法误差源减少,其测量精度主要取决于热电偶偶丝测量精度;在压气机低压比状态时,采用热电偶反串测温方法测量压气机温升效率,在测量准确性方面有明显的优势。Aiming at the measurement of temperature rise efficiency at low pressure ratio in the field of aerodynamic performance test of axial flow compressor, a temperature rise efficiency measurement method with inversed connection of thermocouples was proposed by theoretically analyzing the error sources of conventional measurement method in the test. Tests to verify the principles of oil tank calibration were carried out on two testers with a total of three compressors. The results show that, compared with conventional measurement method, the number of error sources of the method with inversed connection of thermocouples is reduced, and the measurement accuracy of the new method mainly is depended on the measurement accuracy of thermocouple wires. When the tested compressor is at low pressure ratio, the method with in inversed connection of thermocouples has obvious advantages over the conventional method in measuring accuracy.
