摘　　要：对旋流除砂器的作用及其在短纤行业生产中的应用情况进行论述.采用新型旋流除砂器,对黏胶内的杂质、膨润体和黏胶粒子进行分离,解决了黏胶过滤困难、分离机故障频繁及使用周期短的问题.提高了黏胶的质量和可纺性,减少了废胶量,降低了生产成本,提升了环保效益.The function of cyclone desander and its application in staple fiber industry are discussed.A new type of cyclone desander was adopted to separate the impurities,swelling body and viscose particles in the viscose,which solved the problems of difficult viscose filtration,frequent failure and short service cycle of the separator.It improved the quality and spinnability of adhesive,reduced the amount of waste adhesive and the production cost,and improved the environmental protection benefit.
