摘 要:制造业数字化转型是当前经济社会发展的重要课题.构建工业数字化网络,对于信息共享、资源调度和生产规划具有重要价值.然而,如何确保数据信息的安全与可信,成为工业数字网络的挑战性问题.对此,提出了一种基于区块链和信誉机制的工业网络可信任务机制.首先,基于区块链技术构建工业网络可信任务机制,利用区块链智能合约技术将生产任务数字化,实现任务过程的区块链存证,保障任务执行的透明性与安全性.其次,提出一种用户信誉评估机制,激励用户发布可信数据,约束用户数据造假行为,并为信誉机制设计相关智能合约,使得信誉评估过程公开透明.最后,设计了基于区块链和信誉评估的工业网络可信任务机制原型系统,验证了其可用性和有效性.该机制为解决工业网络中的数据安全与可信提供了新的思路.Digital transformation of manufacturing industry was regarded as an important issue in current economic and social development.Building an industrial digital network was of great value for information sharing,resource scheduling and production planning.However,how to ensure the security and trustworthiness of data was a challenging issue for industrial digital networks.A trustworthy task mechanism for industrial networks based on blockchain and reputation mechanism was proposed.Firstly,a trustworthy task mechanism for industrial networks based on blockchain technology was established.The blockchain smart contract technology was used to digitize the production tasks and realize the blockchain evidence of the task process to ensure the transparency and security of the task execution.Secondly,a user reputation evaluation mechanism was proposed to motivate users to release trustworthy data and restrain user data falsification.Relevant smart contracts were designed for the reputation mechanism to make the reputation evaluation process open and transparent.Finally,a prototype system of trustworthy task mechanism for industrial networks based on blockchain and reputation evaluation was designed.The usability and effectiveness of the prototype system were verified.The proposed mechanism would provide a new idea to address data security and trustworthiness in industrial networks.
