优秀女子200 m自由泳运动员杨浚瑄比赛技术特征研究

摘　　要：为进一步了解优秀女子200 m自由泳运动员的技术水平,以杨浚瑄在2018年全国游泳冠军赛、2021年东京奥运会、2021年全运会200 m自由泳决赛中的比赛参数为依据,运用文献资料法、视频解析法、数理统计法等对其技术特征进行了研究.结果显示:1)杨浚瑄在3场赛事中出发、途中游、冲刺技术水平逐渐提高,2021年东京奥运会中,其比TITMUS的出发技术要好,冲刺到边技术水平相近,但途中游、转身技术较差;2)杨浚瑄的划频与划幅具有显著性负相关(r=-0.657;P<0.01),最佳划频为54.01次/min,其比TITMUS途中游分段划频、划幅、速度三者的C_(V)值都大;3)杨浚瑄每次转身的稳定性差,其100 m处与TITMUS相比差距明显.该成果可为女子200 m自由泳运动员杨浚瑄训练及备战杭州亚运会提供参考.In order to further understand the skills of outstanding women′s 200 m freestyle swimmers,based on the competition parameters of Yang Junxuan in the 2018 National Swimming Championships,the 2021 Tokyo Olympics,and the 2021 National Games 200 m freestyle finals,researches on her technical characteristics were carried out by using literature data method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method and so on.The results showed that:1)Yang Junxuan′s skills in starting,midstream,and sprinting in the three races had gradually improved.In the 2021 Tokyo Olympics,her starting skills was better than TITMUS′s,and her sprinting skills was similar,but her midway swimming and turning skills was relatively poor;2)Yang Junxuan′s stroke frequency and stroke amplitude had a significant negative correlation(r=-0.657;P<0.01),and the optimal stroke frequency was 54.01 times/min.She had higher C_(V) values of segmented stroke frequency,stroke width and speed than that of TITMUS midway;3)The stability of her every turn was poor,which was obviously different from TITMUS at 100 m.The results could provide reference for the training and preparation of the female 200 m freestyle swimmer Yang Junxuan for the Hangzhou Asian Games.
