基于情感化设计的地产型养老社区室外空间环境研究

摘　　要：随着我国逐渐进入老龄化,社会对老年人的生活质量愈发关注,传统的家庭养老模式已经难以适应时代的发展和满足当今老年人高质量居住生活的需求。在此背景下,养老地产这种结合社区养老和机构养老的全新养老模式应运而生。本文选取近年来国内新建的一些地产型养老社区案例,对这些社区室外空间环境所采用的去情感化设计手法进行分析,归纳总结出一系列设计策略,以期对新建地产型养老社区的室外空间环境设计提供一定的建议和参考。As my country gradually enters an aging society,the society pays more and more attention to the quality of life of the elderly,and the traditional family pension model has gradually been difficult to adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of today's elderly people for high-quality living.In this context,a new pension model combining community pension and institutional pension came into being.This paper selects some cases of real estate-based senior care communities newly built in China in recent years,analyzes the de-emotional design methods used in the outdoor space environment of these communities,and summarizes a series of design strategies,in order to expect the new real estate-based senior care communities The outdoor space environment design provides certain suggestions and guidance.
