摘 要:国际标准化组织钢技术委员会钢铁化学成分测定方法分技术委员(ISO/TC17/SC1)通过新工作项目提案(NWIP)投票表决了技术修订ISO 4943《钢和铁铜含量的测定火焰原子吸收法》的立项。该项目开展国际间共同试验,对分析参数进行优化、拓展分析范围、重新确定检测限和精密度要求,以符合当前分析需求和分析技术实际水平。本文主要介绍ISO 4943标准修订过程中涉及到的技术修订,包括对分析参数进行优化、增加次灵敏线、拓展分析范围等;采用ISO 5725和ISO/TR 21074分析ISO 4943国际共同实验数据,并重新计算修订版ISO 4943的方法精密度,与原标准相比,修订后的重现性和再现性都有显著提高。Revision of ISO 4943(Steel and cast iron-Determination of copper content-Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method)as a NWIP has been approved by the methods of determination of chemical composition sub-technical committee of ISO technical committee steel(ISO/TC17/SC1).The project have carried out laboratory research and international precision test to optimize the analytical parameters,expand the scope of analysis,redefine the detection limit and precision requirements to meet the current analytical needs and technical realities.This paper mainly introduces the technical amendments involved in the revision of ISO 4943 standard,including optimizing the analytical parameters,increasing the secondary sensitivity lines,expanding the analytical range,etc..Moreover,ISO 5725 and ISO/TR 21074 were utilized to evaluate international precision test result of ISO 4943,and calculate the method precision of the revised ISO 4943.Compared with the original standard,the reproducibility and reproducibility of Revised ISO 4943 have been significantly improved.
