摘  要:介绍了近期钢化联产的国家相关政策支持、国内外的研究应用情况。实践表明,钢化联产的发展路径完全可行,不仅实现了副产煤气的资源化利用和价值提升,而且碳减排潜力巨大,是钢铁企业实现绿色低碳发展的重要路径之一。但发展钢化联产仍存在问题与面临挑战,钢铁企业应充分利用好富余煤气资源,客观评估直接用于燃气发电和用来合成化工产品的经济合理性,根据市场行情择机做出合理的切换。This paper introduces the recent national policy support and the research and application at home and abroad of the steel-chemical synergistic coupling development.The practice shows that the development path of the steel-chemical synergistic coupling is completely feasible.It not only realizes the resource utilization and value improvement of by-product gas,but also has great potential for carbon emission reduction.It is one of the important paths for steel enterprises to realize green and low-carbon development.However,there are still problems and challenges in the development of the steel-chemical synergistic coupling.Steel enterprises should make full use of the surplus gas resources,objectively evaluate the economic rationality of directly using gas power generation and synthetic chemical products,and make a reasonable switch according to the market situation.
