摘 要:近年来,随着用户对于优质钢材的需求越来越高,很多钢种都需要尽量降低成品磷含量,大多数钢种都要求磷含量低于0.015%,有些特殊钢种要求磷含量低于0.010%甚至是0.005%。随着用户对钢材质量要求的提高,钢中磷含量的要求也越来越苛刻,降低钢中磷含量成了高附加值钢材产品生产中的重要环节。为了在低磷钢市场占有更多的优势,各钢厂均面临产品升级和生产结构调整等问题。In recent years,as customers demand for high-quality steel has increased,many types of steel need to minimize the phosphorus content of finished products,most of which require phosphorus content below 0.015%.Some special steels require less than 0.010%or even 0.005%phosphorus.With the improvement of steel quality requirements,the requirement of phosphorus content in steel is becoming more and more stringent,and reducing the phosphorus content in steel has become an important part in the production of high value-added steel products.In order to gain more advantages in the low-phosphorus steel market,all steel mills are faced with the problems of product upgrading and production structure adjustment.
