摘  要:水作为地球环境最重要的资源,地下水又是极其宝贵而又稀缺的水资源。我国作为人口大国,地下水作为饮用水的来源占比达到71%,而在欧洲地下水饮用也高达75%,美国应用率同样高达50%。在我国北方的半干旱以及干旱地区对地下水的开采率达到52%,地下水拥有分布范围广阔、水质良好等特点广泛开采,并在一些地区作为为唯一的饮用水来源。地下水历来为重要的供水资源,在如火灾、地震与战争等突发性灾难面前,地下水资源甚至拥有了战略意义。近年来,人类活动范围逐步向自然界延伸扩散,导致地下水资源问题趋于危机状态,硝酸盐污染地下水体已经成为了世界性环境污染问题。根据世界卫生组织相关规定,地下水NO~N质量浓度在10mg/L~11.3mg/L为安全饮用水所允许的范围。As the most important resource of the earth’s environment, groundwater is an extremely valuable and scarce water resource. As a country with a large population, groundwater as a source of drinking water accounts for 71%, while groundwater drinking in Europe is as high as 75%, and the application rate in the United States is also as high as 50%. In the semi-arid and arid areas of northern China, the exploitation rate of groundwater reaches 52%. Groundwater has the characteristics of wide distribution and good water quality. It is widely exploited and used as the only source of drinking water in some areas.Groundwater has always been an important water supply resource. In the face of sudden disasters such as fire, earthquake and war, groundwater resources even have strategic significance. In recent years, the scope of human activities has gradually extended to nature, leading to the crisis of groundwater resources. Nitrate pollution of groundwater has become a worldwide environmental pollution problem. According to the relevant regulations of the World Health Organization, the mass concentration of NO-N in groundwater is 10mg/L~11.3mg/L, which is the allowable range for safe drinking water.
