摘 要:为了探索抛光砖粉对砂浆综合性能的影响,研究测试了25组不同水胶比及不同抛光砖粉掺量下水泥浆的抗压强度、粘聚性、吸水性和流动性。通过引入水膜厚度、浆膜厚度理论,探索抛光砖粉砂浆的流变性能。结果表明,砂浆的抗压强度、吸水性随着抛光砖粉掺量的增大而减少,而粘聚性正好相反,掺量越大,粘聚性越好;掺入不大于15%的抛光砖粉能提高砂浆骨料的填充密度,水膜厚度是影响砂浆流动性的关键因素之一,水膜厚度越大,砂浆流动性越高;水膜厚度有作用但并非唯一作用,浆膜厚度也有很大作用,砂浆的流动性随浆膜厚度的增大而增大。In order to explore the influence of ceramic polishing brick powder on the comprehensive performance of mortar,the compressive strength,cohesiveness,sorptivity and flowability of cement slurry under 25 groups of different water-binder ratio and different ceramic polishing brick powder content were measured.The experimental results show that the compressive strength and sorptivity of mortar decrease with the increase of the amount of polishing brick powder,while the cohesive is on the contrary.The larger the amount of polishing brick powder is,the better the cohesive is.The packing density can be improved by adding no more than 15%ceramic polishing tile powder.The water film thickness is one of the key factors affecting the flowability of mortar.The greater the water film thickness,the higher the flowability of mortar.The water film thickness plays an important role,but not the only one.Besides the water film thickness,the slurry film thickness also plays an important role.The flowability of mortar increases with the increase of the slurry film thickness.
