摘  要:传统的变电站施工阶段的总布置图为二维表达,对于空间布置复杂的工程和一些形状复杂的设备,二维图纸可读性差,难以表达变电站空间形态;用电脑查看BIM数字三维模型也存在一定的不足。为了实现直观可视化表达,在某变电站设计中采用3D打印技术把变电站BIM数字三维模型打印成物理模型,交付业主用于现场施工指导和技术沟通,弥补了二维图纸表达方式的不足,为实现精细化施工和项目管理、提高建设效率和质量发挥了良好作用。The traditional general layout drawing of substation construction stage is two-dimensional expression. For projects with complex spatial layout and some equipment with complex shapes, the two-dimensional drawing has poor readability and is difficult to express the spatial form of substation;There are also some deficiencies in viewing BIM digital 3D model by computer. In order to achieve visual expression, 3D printing technology is used in the design of a substation to print the substation BIM digital three-dimensional model into a physical model, which is delivered to the owner for on-site construction guidance and technical communication, which makes up for the deficiency of two-dimensional drawing expression, and plays a good role in refining construction and project management, improving construction efficiency and quality.
