摘　　要：真空脱水机是火电厂湿法脱硫石膏脱水系统的核心设备,用于脱硫副产物-石膏浆液的第二级处理,控制脱硫石膏中的两项重要指标:表面水含量、氯离子含量;其运行稳定性、能耗水平(电耗、水耗等)、占地面积等,直接影响到脱硫装置的运行可靠性和经济性。目前可供选择的真空脱水机有真空皮带脱水机、真空滤布圆盘脱水机和真空陶瓷圆盘脱水机。对各类真空脱水设备的工作原理、技术特点进行总结,然后以保证脱硫附着水含量和氯离子含量为前提,以某1×1000 MW火电机组为例,对真空脱水设备选型方案进行深入研究和技术经济比选。The vacuum dewatering equipment is the core equipment of Thermal power plant wet-FGD’s gypsum dehydration system.It is used for the second-stage treatment of the FGD byproduct-gypsum slurry,and directly controls two important parameters of FGD gypsum:surface water content and Cl ion content;its operational stability and consumption level(power consumption,water consumption,etc.),setting area directly affect the operational reliability and economy of FGD plant.The currently available vacuum dewatering equipments include vacuum belt dewatering equipment,vacuum filter cloth disc dewatering equipment and vacuum ceramic disc dewatering equipment,each of which has its own characteristics.This article summarizes the working principles and technical characteristics of various vacuum dewatering equipment,and then take 1×1000 MW thermal power unit as an example,under the base of ensuring the moisture content and Cl ion content of FGD gypsum,and conduct in-depth research and technical economy on the selection of vacuum dewatering equipment comparison.
