摘 要:为进一步提高输电导线的导电能力,降低线路损耗,助力绿色电网建设,国内架空导线制造厂家研发了LHA55.25高导电率铝合金材料,制备高导电率铝合金芯铝绞线。从铝合金成分优化、熔体质量把控以及微观强化相调控三个方面,将制备高强度、高导电率铝合金材料的关键工艺进行阐述。同时,以1000 kV交流特高压为例,选取钢芯铝绞线、铝合金芯铝绞线以及LHA55.25高导电率铝合金芯铝绞线三种导线,通过机械性能、电气性能的优化对线路损耗、节能减排效果进行综合比较,并采用最小年费用法进行经济性分析。结果表明:LHA55.25高导电率铝合金芯铝绞线相比常规的铝合金芯铝绞线,电阻更低,节能减排效果更优。随着损耗小时数不断增加,LHA55.25高导电率铝合金芯铝绞线的经济性优势越来越显著。In order to further improve the conductor conductivity,reduce line losses,and help green grid construction,domestic overhead conductor manufacturers have developed LHA55.25 high-conductivity aluminum alloy material and prepared high-conductivity aluminum conductors aluminum-alloy reinforced(ACAR)conductors.The author expounded the key process for preparing high-strength and high-conductivity aluminum alloy materials from the three aspects:aluminum alloy composition optimization,melt quality control and micro-strengthening phase control.At the same time,taking 1000 kV AC UHV as examples respectively,three types of conductors:aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR),ACAR and LHA55.25 high-conductivity ACAR are selected to compare the mechanical properties,line loss,energy conservation and emission reduction effects,and the economic analysis is carried out using the minimum annual cost method.The results show that:LHA55.25 high-conductivity ACAR conductor has lower resistance,better energy saving and emission reduction effects than the conventional ACAR conductor.As the loss hours continue to increase,the economic advantages of LHA55.25 high-conductivity ACAR conductor are becoming more and more obvious.
