摘 要:以某钢厂120 t转炉为研究对象,采用局部相似模拟,建立局部几何相似比为1∶2的有机玻璃模型,设计直径为120,140,160 mm及变径等4种出钢口,并结合平板和十字架2种内型结构出钢口进行转炉出钢模拟实验,研究出钢口直径及其内型结构对转炉出钢过程的影响,优化转炉出钢口形状。结果表明:变径出钢口的转炉出钢过程效果最佳,卷渣量为6.2个、挡渣成功率为99.4%、剩余钢水量为28.95 L;变径出钢口搭配十字型出钢口内型结构的转炉出钢过程综合效果较好,卷渣量为1.2个、挡渣成功率达99.9%、剩余钢水量最少为25.27 L,减少了转炉出钢过程卷渣,提高了钢水洁净度。Taking a 120 t converter in a steel plant as the research object,a plexiglass model with a local geometric similarity ratio of 1∶2 was established by local similarity simulation.Four kinds of tap holes with a diameter of120,140,160 mm and a variable diameter were designed.Combined with two kinds of inner tap holes of flat plate and cross,the simulation experiment of converter tapping mold was carried out to study the influence of tap hole diameter and internal structure on converter tapping process,and optimize the shape of converter tap hole.The results show that the effect of tapping process of converter with variable tap hole is the best,the amount of slag entrapment is 6.2,the success rate of slag retaining is 99.4%,and the remaining molten steel is 28.95 L.The converter tapping process with the variable tap hole and the internal structure of cross tap hole has a good comprehensive effect.The amount of slag entrapment is 1.2,the success rate of slag retaining is 99.9%,and the remaining molten steel is at least 25.27 L,which reduces the slag entrapment during converter tapping and improves the cleanliness of molten steel.
