摘  要:采用不同碳、氮源配方培养姬菇三级菌种,研究姬菇1号菌种长势、满袋时间、外观质量及出菇表现。结果表明,桦槁、毛栗为碳源的三级菌种质量较好。桦槁培养基菌丝满袋时间最短(20.33 d),并与核桃、大豆秸秆、玉米秆、麦秆、油菜秆等处理差异显著;毛栗、桦槁、杨树培养基的姬菇子实体生物转化率较高,分别为39.01%、35.67%和35.48%,玉米秆和毛栗木屑作培养基的姬菇蛋白质含量较高。以豆粕、玉米芯为氮源的培养基姬菇三级菌种质量较好;各处理中,麸皮作氮源培养基的姬菇蛋白质含量最高,为31.03%。麸皮、豆粕为氮源培养基的姬菇生物转化率较高,分别为35.48%和24.67%,并与其他处理呈极显著差异。The growth trend,full bag time,appearance quality and fruiting performance of Pleurotus cornucopiae No.1 were studied by using different carbon and nitrogen sources formulae to cultivate the third-grade strains of Pleurotus ostreatus.The results showed that the quality of the third-grade strains with betula and chestnut as carbon source was better.The mycelial filling time(20.33 d)of betula cultivate material was the shortest,and was significantly different from walnut,soybean stalk,corn stalk,wheat stalk,rape stalk and so on.The biotransformation rates of Agaricus blazei fruiting bodies were higher with chestnut,betula and alamos medium,which were 39.01%,35.67%and 35.48%,respectively.The protein content of Pleurotus cornucopiae cultured with corn stalk and chestnut sawdust was higher.Using soybean meal and corn cob as nitrogen source,the quality of the third-grade strains of Pleurotus cornucopiae was better.The protein content of Pleurotus cornucopiae with bran as nitrogen source was also the highest of 31.03%.The biotransformation rates of wheat bran and soybean meal as nitrogen source were higher,which were 35.48%and 24.67%,respectively,and were extremely significantly different from that of other treatments.
