摘　　要：农地流转是实现农业现代化和规模化经营的主要方向,而现有研究侧重于识别影响农地流转的显著因素,鲜有探讨影响因素间的内在关系和作用机理。本文在梳理总结影响农地流转行为研究成果的基础上,结合专家访谈和实地调研结果,辨识出农地流转的14个影响因素,并运用解释结构模型(ISM)确定了影响因素的多级递阶层次结构,再通过交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)计算出每个影响因素的驱动力和依赖性,找出推动农地流转的重要驱动因素。研究发现,经济水平、政府的行为和态度、年龄、文化程度、细碎化、交易费用、农地确权是影响农地流转的关键性驱动因素。本研究不仅提供了促进农地流转发生的科学方法,也为推动我国农地流转市场健康稳定发展提供新的实证证据。The transfer of agricultural land is the main direction of agricultural modernization and large-scale management.However,the existing researches focus on identifying the significant factors affecting the transfer of agricultural land,and rarely discuss the internal relationship and mechanism of the influencing factors.Based on the existing research results of rural land transfer,combined with expert interviews and field research results,this paper identified 14 influencing factors of rural land transfer,and determined the multi-level hierarchical structure of influencing factors by using Interpretative Structure Model(ISM),and then calculated the driving force and dependence of each influencing factor through Cross Influence Matrix Multiplication(MICMAC),so as to find out the driving force of agricultural land transfer land transfer is an important driving factor.The results show that economic level,government's behavior and attitude,age,education level,fragmentation,transaction costs and farmland ownership are the key driving factors affecting farmland transfer.This study not only provides a scientific method to promote the occurrence of agricultural land transfer,but also provides new empirical evidence to promote the healthy and stable development of China's agricultural land transfer market.
