摘 要:通过分析邯钢8号高炉炉役末期炉缸侧壁温度升高原因,结合生产实际,通过改善原燃料、优化操作制度、加Ti护炉、强化冷却、提高炉前作业标准等一系列炉役末期操作和护炉措施,减缓了炉缸环流强度,炉缸侵蚀明显减缓,达到了冶强与炉缸侵蚀的基本平衡,保证了炉役末期的安全生产。Through analyzing the reasons for the rise of the side wall temperature of the furnace end of the No.8 blast furnace in Handan Iron and Steel,combining with the actual production,through improving the original fuel,optimizing the operation system,adding Ti to protect the furnace,strengthening cooling and improving the front of the furnace,a series of measures of operation and furnace protection at the end of furnace service,such as improving the pre-furnace operation standard,the circulation intensity of hearth is reduced,and the erosion of hearth is obviously slowed down,and the basic balance between metallurgical strength and hearth erosion is achieved,thus ensuring the safe production at the end of campaign.
