摘  要:430不锈钢BA板冲压加工时出现开裂缺陷,为查明原因取样进行分析,发现组织中存在的碳化物偏析割裂基体组织,影响材料塑性,在变形量达到一定程度后出现开裂缺陷。通过工艺追溯,发现BA板的碳化物偏析具有一定规律且与铸坯中间裂纹缺陷存在明显对应关系,对连铸工艺进行优化后,中间裂纹缺陷得到了有效控制。The 430 stainless steel BA plate cracked during the stamping process.In order to find out the cause,sampling and analysis found that the carbide segregation in the structure cut the matrix structure and affected the material plasticity.The cracking defect appeared after the deformation reached a certain degree.Through the process tracing,it is found that the carbide segregation of BA plate has a certain rule and has an obvious corresponding relationship with the intermediate crack defect of the slab.The intermediate crack defect has been effectively controlled after the optimization of the continuous casting process.
