摘  要:为充分利用高炉粉尘中的Fe、C等有价资源,对高炉粉尘还原提锌过程进行了热力学计算与分析,并以烧结除尘灰、高炉重力灰和高炉布袋灰为主要原料进行还原提锌试验。结果表明,随还原温度的升高或配碳量的增加,球团的金属化率和脱锌率均呈现增加的趋势。为得到最佳的金属化率、脱锌率,应控制球团的还原温度为1200℃、碳氧摩尔比为1.40。In order to make full use of Fe,C and other valuable resources in blast furnace dust,the thermodynamic calculation and analysis of the reduction process of extracting zinc from blast furnace dust were carried out,and the reduction experiments of extracting zinc from sintering dust,blast furnace gravity dust and blast furnace bag dust were carried out.The results show that the metallization rate and dezincification rate of pellets increase with the increase of reduction temperature or carbon content.In order to obtain the best metallization rate and dezincification rate,the reduction temperature of pellets should be controlled at 1200℃and the molar ratio of carbon to oxygen should be 1.40.
