摘 要:以某高校的热轧实验轧机性能研究为背景,基于气雾冷却装置和冷却原理进行分析,测量并标定气雾冷却装置的流量与开口度关系,进而确定出气雾冷却装置的冷却能力。同时,依托产品试制,对不同厚度的钢板进行冷却,可实现冷却速率在较大范围内连续可调,并获得性能均匀的产品,对新品种研发起到积极作用。This article takes a performance research of hot rolling experimental mill of a domestic university as a background to apply the cooling device and cooling principle of the spray cooling,and to measure and calibrate the relationship between the flow rate and the opening of the spray cooling device,and then determine the cooling capacity of the spray cooling device.At the same time,relying on the product trial production,this paper cools the steel plates with different thickness,which can realize the continuous and adjustable cooling rate in a large range,and obtain products with uniform performance.The cooling device plays a positive role in the research and development of new varieties.
