摘　　要：详细叙述了探尺控制系统中S120变频器的控制原理,介绍了探尺控制系统的硬件组成和参数设置。广西盛隆冶金有限公司2725 m^(3)高炉探尺应用S120变频器控制后,探尺系统运行稳定可靠,便于维护且节能环保。The control principle of S120 transducer in the ruler control system is described in detail.The hardware composition and parameter setting of the ruler control system are introduced.The 2725 m^(3) blast furnace rod of Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical Co.,Ltd.is controlled by S120 transducer frequency converter.The rod system is stable and reliable,easy to maintain and achieve energy saving and environmental protection.
