摘　　要：以某车型车门外板为例,阐述了其成形模所实施的偏差补偿工艺,对模具零件型面进行强压、避空及上模型面挠度补偿等措施,提升了模具零件研合质量和效率,缩短了模具调试周期。Taking a car door outer plate as an example, the deviation compensation process for its forming die was described, and the measures such as forced pressure and keep clearance of die part profiles and deflection compensation of the upper half of die surface were carried out, which improved the quality and efficiency of the die parts lapping and shortened the debugging cycle of the die.
