摘　　要：研发了1副可用于多种零件拉深模的可回收标准模座,分析了该标准模座的结构特点和适用范围,列出了其优缺点,并且介绍了凸、凹模的改善方法,解决模座回收后售后配件无法生产的问题。该标准模座强度满足技术要求,降低了模具开发成本,提高了模具使用的稳定性。A set of recyclable standard die holder was developed, it could be used in drawing die for forming various parts. The structure characteristics and application range of the standard die holder were analyzed, its advantages and disadvantages were listed, and the improvement method of punch and concave die was introduced to solve the problem that the after-sale parts could not be produced after the die holder was recycled. The strength of the standard die holder met the technical requirements, the development cost of the die was reduced, and the stability of the die was improved.
