取食偏好性和营养对黄草地螟生长发育的影响

摘　　要：为明确不同植物和营养物质对黄草地螟(Loxostege verticalis)的影响,研究幼虫对不同植物的取食选择性,幼虫取食不同植物及成虫取食不同营养物质对其生长发育的影响。结果表明,黄草地螟幼虫对大豆、紫苜蓿、灰菜、白三叶、甜菜、向日葵6种植物取食选择性存在较大差异,取食偏好性对大豆表现显著,其次为灰菜,对向日葵和甜菜选择性最低;随虫龄增加,高龄幼虫取食偏好性降低。幼虫取食大豆和灰菜有利于其生长、发育和繁殖,幼期存活率、羽化率、蛹重、产卵期、产卵量、成虫寿命均高于或显著高于其他植物。羽化成虫需补充营养才正常产卵,与对照清水相比,补充蜂蜜水和白糖水可显著增加黄草地螟雌、雄成虫寿命,增加雌成虫繁殖力,以饲喂10%蜂蜜水和10%白糖水雌雄成虫寿命高,产卵量大,单雌平均产卵量分别为(489.08±37.63)和(543.57±29.88)粒。研究结果对指导田间黄草地螟虫情调查和防控具有重要意义。In order to clarify effects of different plants and supplementary nutritions on Loxostege verticalis,in this paper,the feeding selectivity of larvae to different plants,the effects of larvae feeding on different plants and adult supplementary nutritions on their growth and development were studied.The results showed that the larvae of L.verticalis had great differences in feeding selectivity to six plants:soybean,purple alfalfa,pigweed,white clover,sugar beet and sunflower,and the feeding preference for soybean was significant,followed by pigweed,and had the lowest selectivity for sunflower and sugar beet.The feeding preference of older larvae decreased with the increase of instar.The larvae feeding on soybean and pigweed was most beneficial to the growing development and reproduction of L.verticalis,and the juvenile survival rate,eclosion rate,pupa weight,oviposition quantity and adult longevity were higher or significantly higher than other plants.Eclosion adults need supplementary nutrition to lay eggs normally,compared with the control water,supplementation of honey water and sugar water could significantly prolong the longevity of female and male adults of L.verticalis and increase the fecundity of female adults,when fed with 10%honey water and 10%sugar water,the male and female adults had a high longevity and large oviposition,and the average number of laying eggs per female was 489.08±37.63 and 543.57±29.88,respectively.The research results had great significance and practical value to guide the investigation and control of L.verticalis in the field.
