线上教学在不同等级医院内科医护人员中运用的探索

摘　　要：目的通过调查不同等级医院的内科医护工作者对线上教学的意愿、评价和效果反馈,探索线上教学在不同级别医院推行的可行性。方法以2019年12月—2020年11月在广东省梅州市平远县人民医院及阳西总医院工作的内科医护人员为研究组,选取同期在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院内科工作的医护人员为对照组。采用问卷调查的形式,了解他们对线上教学的意愿、评价和效果反馈。结果共入组132名内科医护人员,其中68名来自二甲医院,三甲医院64名,总体人群中共有56.1%的医护人员目前主要通过线上教学完成继续教育学习,对线上教学的总体满意度达70.5%,认为线上教学的学习效果≥线下课堂的人员占72.7%,62.9%的人更愿意选择线上教学进行学习。二甲医院和三甲医院的医护工作者对线上教学的满意度、学习效果评价、个人意愿选择、优势及弊端评价等方面均无显著性差异。结论线上教学是一种值得在不同等级医院应用的教学方式。Objective To explore the application of online teaching to internal doctors and nurses in different grades of hospitals,by investigating their willingness and evaluation of online teaching.Methods Internal doctors and nurses working in the People's Hospital of Pingyuan County and General Hospital of Yangxi in Guangdong province from December 2019 to November 2020 were enrolled and those working in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were selected as the control group.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the willingness and evaluation of online teaching between clinical workers in GradeⅡA and GradeⅢA hospitals.Results A total of 132 internal clinical workers were enrolled in the study,among which 68 were from GradeⅡA hospitals and 64 from GradeⅢA hospital.Currently,56.1%of the clinical staffs learned online dominantly.There were 70.5%of clinical workers satisfied with online teaching.72.7%of them thought the effect of online learning was no worse than offline class.62.9%of them preferred online teaching for learning than offline classroom.There was no significant difference in degree of satisfaction,evaluation of learning effect,individual willing,evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of online teaching between clinical workers in GradeⅡA and GradeⅢA hospitals.Conclusion Online teaching is a teaching method worthy to be applied to internal clinical workers in different grades of hospital.
