核医学毕业后教育的分层递进模式探索

摘　　要：医学生毕业后教育是医学生成长为一位合格专业医师的必经之路,包括住院医师规范化培训与专科医师规范化培训两部分内容。鉴于毕业后的医学生在专业知识、临床与科研探索能力等方面的水平有所不同,“分层递进”模式是培训基地探索如何针对性制定培养计划的核心思想。核医学专业的飞速发展对核医学专业人才在数量与质量方面提出了更高的要求。仁济医院核医学不仅具有满足常规诊疗工作的高水平的专业人员及设备,同时具备相当水平的科研人员及支持科研的仪器设备。依据“分层递进”的思想,按照发展和使用先后顺序的核医学仪器作为配套,将核医学基地的住培内容划分为不同的培训阶段。其中各阶段穿插核医学特色的其他内容比如放射性防护等,为各阶段不同层次的医学生的毕业后教育提供分层递进的可行性方案。仁济医院核医学科对核医学专业人才培训的分层递进模式可以供相关基地思考与借鉴。Post-graduation education for medical students is an important way to become a qualified professional physician,including two parts:standardized residency training and specialized doctors standardized training.In view of the different levels of professional knowledge,clinical and scientific research exploration ability of medical students of post-graduation,“Stratified progressive”is the core idea of the training base to explore how to formulate training plans in a targeted manner.The rapid development of nuclear medicine has put forward higher requirements for professionals of nuclear medicine in terms of quantity and quality.The department of nuclear medicine of Renji Hospital not only has high-level professionals and equipment to meet routine diagnosis and treatment work,but also has a considerable level of scientific research personnel and equipment to support scientific research.In the order of development and use of nuclear medicine instruments as a supporting facility,the training content of the nuclear medicine base is divided into different training stages.And each stage is interspersed with other important nuclear medical features,such as radiological protection,provide a hierarchical and progressive feasibility plan for the postgraduation education of medical students at all stages and levels.The stratified progressive model of the department of nuclear medicine in training professionals of nuclear medicine can be used as a reference for relevant bases.
