人参和西洋参长芦类型群体的品质相关性状鉴定分析

摘　　要：目的研究人参总皂苷及人参单体皂苷Re、Rg_(1)、Rb_(1)在普通人参、普通西洋参、长芦人参、长芦西洋参中的含量,并基于此对长芦人参、西洋参主要成分含量的品质进行分析。方法以比色法及高效液相色谱法(高效液相色谱法high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)分别测定人参总皂苷含量与人参单体皂苷Re、Rg_(1)、Rb_(1)含量。结果线性范围经测定为15.0~75.0μg,相关系数经计算为r=0.9932;平均回收率、RSD分别为100.070%、0.865%,生长年份越长单体皂苷Re、Rg_(1)、Rb_(1)含量越高。结论与普通人参、西洋参相比,长芦人参、西洋参的人参总皂苷含量更高,且随着生长年份的增长人参单体皂苷Re、Rg_(1)、Rb_(1)含量也随之增加。Objective To study the contents of ginsenosides and ginseng monomer saponins Re,Rg_(1) and Rb_(1) in common ginseng,common American ginseng,Changlu ginseng,and Changlu American ginseng,and based on this analysis of the main components of Changlu ginseng and American ginseng Quality analysis.Methods Colorimetric method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were used to determine the content of total ginsenosides and the content of ginseng monomer saponins Re,Rg_(1),and Rb_(1),respectively.Results The linear range was determined to be 15.0~75.0μg,and the correlation coefficient was calculated to be r=0.9932.The average recovery rate and RSD were 100.070%and 0.865%,respectively.The longer the growth year,the higher the content of monomeric saponins Re,Rg_(1),and Rb_(1).Conclusion Compared with common ginseng and American ginseng,the content of ginsenosides in Changlu ginseng and American ginseng is higher,and the content of ginseng monomer saponins Re,Rg_(1),and Rb_(1)increases with the growth of the year.
