摘 要:[目的/意义]学习趣缘社群发展热潮下,厘清学习趣缘社群效用表现所依赖的关键因素,构建学习趣缘社群学习效能评价指标体系,有助于指导平台和用户充分发挥学习趣缘社群的积极效用,推动学习社交良性生态形成。[方法/过程]从学习效能视角构建交互、内容、社区三维度共11个二级指标,采用层次分析—模糊综合评价法技术,选择豆瓣和微博平台,进行考研组和Studyaccount超话的实证研究。[结果/结论]学习趣缘社群的正负效用取决于多指标因素的叠加效果,其中关键在于内容构建;学习趣缘社群所在平台特质与之效用表现息息相关;用户需调控自身学习认知及目标、社群需规范社群内容及营造学习氛围,以得到学习效能提升。[Purpose/Significance]Under the development of the interest-based learning community,it is helpful to guide the platform and users to give full play to the positive utility of the interest-based learning community by clarifying the key factors on which the utility performance of the interest-based learning community depends and constructing the evaluation index system of the interest-based learning community.[Method/Process]From the perspective of learning efficacy,this paper constructed 11 secondary indicators of interaction,content and community three-dimensional degree.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to select Douban and Weibo platforms for empirical research on the postgraduate entrance examination group and studyaccount.[Result/Conclusion]The positive and negative effects of the interest-based learning community depend on the superposition effect of multi index factors,the key of which is the content construction;The platform characteristics of the interest-based learning community are closely related to its utility performance;Users should regulate their learning cognition and goals,and the community should standardize the community content and create a learning atmosphere to improve learning efficacy.
