摘  要:根据吸附剂对吸附质具有选择性吸附的特点,对不同厂家提供的吸附剂进行了评价试验,并考察了工艺条件对脱硫性能的影响,结果发现,天津大学提供的吸附剂对异戊二烯中含有的硫化物具有较好的脱除效果,在55℃,5.0 atm,N_(2)∶异戊二烯=1∶1(摩尔比),空速1 h^(-1)下,脱硫率≥87.8%,产物总硫含量≤5 mg/L运行8 h后,吸附剂需要再生,每批吸附剂进行4次再生循环,仍然具有较好的脱硫性能。According to the selective adsorption of adsorbents to the substances,the adsorbents provided by different manufacturers were evaluated and the effects of the process conditions on the desulfurization performance were investigated.The results showed that the adsorbents provided by Tianjin University had a better removal effect on the sulfides contained in isoprene.At 55 ℃,5.0 atm,N_(2)∶isoprene =1∶1(mol ratio) and airspeed 1 h^(-1),desulfurization rate is more than 87.8%,and the total sulfur content of the product is less than 5 mg/L after 8 h,the adsorbents need to be regenerated,and each batch of adsorbents can be recycled for 4 cycles,and the desulfurization performance is still better.
