摘 要:制备了一种阳离子聚合物CPA,通过分子间静电吸引作用使CPA分子链自缔合形成超分子结构^([1])得到自缔合压裂液体系SFFS-1,采用IR、SEM表征合成产物特征,研究SFFS-1的粘度、流变性能、残渣含量等参数,其抗温性和稳定性均满足压裂液工作基本要求。考察SFFS-1破胶后产生的小阳离子聚合物吸附能力,测定对颗粒表面润湿性、油水渗透率影响。实验表明SFFS-1能大量吸附于水油薄片表面,油样薄片表面接触角增大,由亲油型反转为亲水型;水样薄片表面接触角减小,由弱亲水转变为强亲水,同时明显改变油水相对渗透率,增大水相的流动阻力,并减小油相的流动阻力,具有良好的稳油控水的作用。A cationic polymer,CPA,was prepared,and self-associated fracturing fluid system SFFS-1 was obtained by self-association of CPA molecular chains by intermolecular electrostatic attraction.The characteristics of synthesized products were characterized by IR and SEM.SFFS-1 viscosity,rheological properties,residual content and other parameters,its temperature resistance and stability are to meet the basic requirements of fracturing fluid work.The adsorption capacity of the small cationic polymer produced after breaking the gel of SFFS-1 was examined to determine the effect on the surface wettability and oil-water permeability of the particles.Experiments show that SFFS-1 can adsorb a large number of surfaces of oil and water thin sheets,and the contact angle of the surface of oily flakes increases,from the lipophilic type to the hydrophilic one;the surface contact angle of the watery flakes decreases,and the weak hydrophilicity turns into a strong parent Water,while significantly changing the relative permeability of oil and water,increasing the flow resistance of the water phase,and reducing the flow resistance of the oil phase,has a good effect of stable oil control of water.
