摘 要:通过热重-质谱(TG-MS)技术对其进行热解实验,研究了COCl_(2)·6H_(2)O对新疆吉木萨尔地区油页岩热解过程的影响情况,获得了各气态产物析出过程随温度的变化曲线。对整个热解过程中析出量较大的典型气态产物(CH_(4)、CO_(2)/C_(3)H_(8)、CO/C_(2)H_(4)、H_(2)O、H_(2)以及C_(n)H_(m))的析出特性进行了分析。结果表明,COCl_(2)·6H_(2)O对吉木萨尔油页岩有较好的催化作用,能够大幅降低油页岩中挥发分析出温度、缩短热解周期;大多数C_(n)H_(m)析出温度由常规热解的400~550℃提前至300~550℃;各产物产量随催化剂添加量的增大而减小;由分析可知,COCl_(2)·6H_(2)O不仅对有机质热解有催化作用,还能够降低矿物质盐的热解温度。Catalytic pyrolysis can increase the production of shale oil and shale gas of oil shale.The effect of COCl_(2)·6 H_(2)O on the pyrolysis of oil shale was studied by thermogravimetric mass spectrometry(TG-MS).The curves of the precipitation process of the gaseous products with temperature were obtained.The precipitation characteristics of typical gaseous products(CH_(4),CO_(2)/C_(3)H_(8),CO/C_(2)H_(4),H_(2)O,H_(2)and C_(n)H_(m))with large amount of precipitation during pyrolysis were analyzed.The results show that COCl_(2)·6 H_(2)O has a good catalytic effect on Jimsar oil shale,which can greatly reduce the volatile and analytical temperature and shorten the pyrolysis period of oil shale,and most of the precipitation temperatures of C_(n)H_(m)advance from 400~550℃to 300~550℃.According to the analysis,COCl_(2)·6 H_(2)O can not only catalyze the pyrolysis of organic matter,but also lower the pyrolysis temperature of mineral salts.
