含压裂返排液污油泥减量化处理技术研究及应用

摘　　要：针对含压裂返排液含油污泥,通过大量实验研究不停产处理技术。结果表明最佳条件为:破乳剂投加浓度为150 mg/L,絮凝剂投加浓度为100 mg/L,处理温度为55℃,离心分离机转速为4 000 r/min,离心时间为6 min。配套撬装化处理设备,现场处理含压裂返排液含油污泥后油样中含水0.15%、机杂含量0.3%,水样中含油30 mg/L、悬浮物含量40 mg/L,固体样中含水15.6%、含油0.6%,污油泥减量率83.8%,现场污油泥处理达到了较好的减量效果。In this paper,aiming at oily sludge with fracturing reflux fluid,a lot of experiments were carried out to study the non-stop production treatment technology.The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows:the dosage concentration of demulsifier is 150 mg/L,the dosage concentration of flocculant is 100 mg/L,the temperature is 55 ℃,the speed of centrifugal separator is 4000 r/min,and the centrifugal time is 6 min.The skidding equipment is used to treat oily sludge containing fracturing fluid.The water content in oil sample is 0.15%,the machine impurity content is 0.3%,the oil content in water sample is 30 mg/L,the suspended matter content is 40 mg/L,the water content in solid sample is 15.6%,the oil content is 0.6%,the sludge reduction rate is 83.8%,and the sludge treatment achieves a good reduction effect.
