摘  要:为合理规划高密度冷库设计及送风条件,以空气制冷系统特性结果为输入参数,将送风管路、冷库和回风管路耦合,采用CFD软件构建流动换热三维数值模型,对夏季降温-维持工况下的冷库内的传热过程进行非稳态求解,计算结果表明,13 min左右,冷库内大部分截面的温度达到了降温目标温度-18℃;大约在15 min左右,冷库内全部截面的温度达到了-18℃;货物温度也达到了-18℃,并维持在-18℃。在维持工况,冷库内全部截面的温度及货物温度波动较小,精度和温度均匀性可以达到±1℃,说明高密度冷库采用孔板送风的形式,在内部货物密度达到0.52时,其降温速率依然可以保持在较高的水平,温度均匀性也可满足冷库高精度的要求。In order to reasonably plan the design of high-density cold storage and air supply conditions,taking the features of air refrigeration system as the input parameters,the supply air pipeline,cold storage and return air pipeline were considered comprehensively,and the CFD software was used to build a 3D numerical model of flow heat transfer.The unsteady solution of heat transfer in the cold storage under cooling and maintenance conditions in summer was carried out to obtain the temperature distribution in the cold storage.The results showed that the temperature of most sections in the cold storage reaches the target temperature(-18℃)in 13 minutes,and all sections and goods reach the target temperature in 15 minutes.In maintenance condition;the temperature fluctuation of all sections and goods is small,and the accuracy and temperature uniformity can reach±1℃.It indicated that by using the high-density cold storage adopting the form of orifice air supply,when the internal cargo density reaches 0.52,the cooling rate can still be maintained at a high level,and the temperature uniformity can also meet the requirements.
