摘 要:针对应用于舰艇火灾安全超早期探测的红外热成像系统随着温度和时间的变化,探测器像元响应非均匀性会越来越严重的问题,对采集到的红外探测器像元数据进行非均匀校正和盲元检测及补偿,采用两点校正算法对探测器像元的增益因子和偏移因子进行实时更新,采用简化的动态盲元检测技术并采用邻域替代法,提取盲元周围的有效图像数据或前后帧的图像数据对盲元进行替代,可提高红外热图像的质量,为实现舰艇火灾红外超早期探测系统智能化异常预警、早期报警,以及快速灭火联动提供技术支持。Aiming at the problem that the non-uniformity of the detector pixel response becomes more and more serious with the change of temperature and time in the infrared thermal imaging system applied to the ultra-early detection of ship fire safety,the non-uniform correction,blind element detection and compensation were carried out for the collected infrared detector pixel data.The two-point correction algorithm was used to update the gain factor and offset factor of detector pixels in real time;simplified dynamic blind element detection technology and neighborhood substitution method were applied to extract blind elements.The blind element was replaced by the surrounding valid image data or the image data of the front and rear frames,so as to improve the quality of the infrared thermal image.It provides technical support for the realization of the intelligent abnormal early warning,early alarm and rapid fire extinguishing linkage of the ship fire infrared ultra-early detection system.
