摘 要:考虑到不同船型的波浪载荷预报过程中的控制参数不相同,针对计算工况进行简化可以提高设计效率,以采矿试验船为目标船型分析采矿船的简化设计方法,同时对其波浪载荷及强度进行分析,基于SESAM软件分析月池结构以及全船重量重心对波浪载荷预报极值的影响,以及设计波法的总强度结果;通过子模型方法计算局部强度,得到其应力传递路径并优化局部结构加强,基于谱分析法计算疲劳强度,确定结构设计关键位置,简化采矿试验船的结构设计。Considering the different dominant parameters in the process of wave load prediction for different ship types,the design efficiency can be improved by simplifying the calculation conditions.Taking the mining test ship as the target ship type,the simplified design method of mining ship was analyzed,as well as the wave load and strength of mining ship.The SESAM software was used to study the influence of the moon pool structure and the weight center of the whole ship upon the extreme value of wave load prediction,and the total strength results by the design wave method were also studied.By sub-model mothod,the local strength was calculated so as to develop enforcement of structure.And the fatigue analysis was carried out by spectral analysis to locate the key area in order to simplify the scantling design.
