摘　　要：目的探讨普瑞巴林联合脉冲射频调节对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月杭州第三人民医院收治的80例PHN患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用普瑞巴林口服治疗,观察组采用普瑞巴林联合脉冲射频调节治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的VAS、PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者的VAS、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合脉冲射频调节治疗PHN患者有利于提升治疗效果,减轻PHN患者疼痛,改善其睡眠质量,且不会引发严重不良反应,临床应用安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of pregabalin combined with pulsed radiofrequency regulation on pain and sleep quality in patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 80 patients with PHN admitted to Hangzhou Third People′s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pregabalin oral therapy,and the observation group was treated with Pregabalin combined with pulsed radiofrequency modulation therapy.The clinical effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group of 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin combined with pulsed radiofrequency modulation in the treatment of patients with PHN is conducive to improving the therapeutic effect,alleviating the pain of patients with PHN,improving their sleep quality,and does not cause serious adverse reactions,and the clinical application is safe and reliable.
