摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台追踪式健康教育在儿科门诊静脉留置针家庭护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至4月江西省儿童医院采取常规健康教育期间于门诊输液室接受输液治疗的200例患儿作为对照组,另选取2020年5月至8月江西省儿童医院采取基于微信平台追踪式健康教育期间于门诊输液室接受输液治疗的200例患儿作为观察组。比较两组患儿的留置针留置时间、家属健康行为、并发症发生率和患儿家属满意度。结果观察组留置针留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿家属健康行为评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿家属健康行为评分高于干预前,且观察组患儿家属健康行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台追踪式健康教育能够延长儿科门诊静脉留置针患儿留置针使用时间,促进患儿家属健康行为,减少并发症,从而提升家属满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of tracking health education based on WeChat platform in home care of intravenous indwelling needles in pediatric outpatient clinics.Methods A total of 200 children who received infusion therapy in the outpatient infusion room during the routine health education period in Jiangxi Provincial Children′s Hospital from January to April 2020 were selected as the control group,200 children who received infusion therapy in the outpatient infusion room during the tracking health education based on WeChat platform were selected as the observation group.The needle indwelling time,family health behavior,incidence of complications and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The needle indwelling time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significance in family health behavior score between two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the family health behavior scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the family health behavior score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tracking health education based on WeChat platform can prolong the use time of intravenous indwelling needles in children of pediatric outpatient clinics,promote health behaviors of children′s family members,reduce complications,and improve family members′satisfaction.
