儿科护理学叙事教育模式中“课程思政”的思考与探索

摘　　要：儿科护理学是一门为儿童提供整体护理的专业核心课程,借助专业课程开展思政教育已成为高校思想政治教育研究的重点。儿科护理学叙事教育中往往缺乏开展课程思政的育人环境,存在脱离护理学专业大学生个性化课程思政需求的现象,也缺乏有效的培训管理制度和评价体系。鉴于此,儿科护理学响应国家创新实用型护理人才的培养政策,在课程思政视域下,积极改善面向儿科护理学师生的课程思政育人环境,教师通过线上线下精准推送可供学生自主实践课程思政的叙事教学案例,教学管理者不断完善护理学专业课程思政管理体制,以激发广大教师投身儿科护理教育的使命感和责任感,促进儿科护理学发展,培养德术双馨的护理人才,为稳固儿科护理队伍提供重要保障。Pediatric nursing is a professional core course that provides holistic nursing for children.Carrying out ideological and political education with the help of professional courses has become the focus of education research in colleges and universities.Pediatric nursing narrative education often lacks the educational environment for ideological and political,and there is a phenomenon of breaking away from the ideological and political needs of individualized courses of nursing students,and lacks an effective training management system and evaluation system.In view of this,under the perspective of ideological and political education,pediatric nursing responds to the national innovative and practical nursing talent training policy,actively improves the curriculum ideological and political education environment for teachers and students.In addition,pediatric nursing stimulates teachers′sense of mission and responsibility to participate in education by accurately pushing some narrative cases that can be used for students to independently practice ideological and political education online and offline,and continuously improving the ideological and political management system of nursing professional courses,so as to promote the development of pediatric nursing,cultivate nursing talents with both morality and skill,and provide an important guarantee for stabilizing the pediatric nursing team.
