脐部暴露法与传统脐带包扎法的效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较脐部暴露法与传统脐带包扎法的护理效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在江西省新余市妇幼保健院妇产科出生的100例足月新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用传统脐带包扎法,观察组采用脐带暴露法。比较两组的并发症发生情况、脐带残端脱落时间、家属满意度。结果观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的脐带残端脱落时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属对局部外观情况、新生儿舒适度、喂养情况、新生儿睡眠情况方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和传统脐带包扎法比较,采用脐部暴露法的新生儿脐带脱落时间较早,脐带护理效果较好,且并发症发生率较低,应用价值较高。Objective To compare the effect of umbilical cord exposure and traditional umbilical cord bandage.Methods A total of 100 full-term neonates born in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional umbilical cord dressing,while the observation group was treated with umbilical cord exposure.The incidence of complications,umbilical cord stump shedding time,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The umbilical cord stump shedding time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group on local appearance,neonatal comfort,feeding and neonatal sleep were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional cord dressing,neonates with umbilical cord exposure had earlier umbilical cord loss,better umbilical cord nursing effect,and lower incidence of complications,and higher application value.
