品管圈活动在神经外科患者导尿管相关性尿路感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在神经外科留置导尿管患者中开展品管圈活动对患者导尿管相关性尿路感染(CAUTI)发生率的影响。方法选取2020年1月15日至2月14日惠州市第三人民医院神经外科收治的84例留置尿管患者作为对照组,并选取2020年7月8日至8月7日惠州市第三人民医院神经外科收治的78例留置尿管患者作为观察组,对照组采用常规责任制护理方案进行干预,观察组采用品管圈活动进行干预。比较两组患者留置导尿管天数、感染率以及成员状态评分。结果观察组患者在实施品管圈活动后留置导尿管天数短于对照组,感染率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组成员状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动有助于降低留置导尿管患者CAUTI的发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle activities on the incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI)in patients with neurosurgery indwelling catheter.Methods A total of 84 patients with indwelling urinary catheters admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Huizhou Third People′s Hospital from January 15,2020 to February 14,2020 were selected as the control group,and 78 patients with indwelling urinary catheters admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Huizhou Third People′s Hospital from July 8 to August 7,2020 were selected as the observation group.The patients in the control group were given the routine responsibility nursing program intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given quality control circle activities intervention.The days of indwelling catheter,number of indwelling catheter-related urinary tract infected cases and infection rate,member status scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle activities,the days of indwelling catheters in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The state score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities help to reduce the incidence of CAUTI in patients with indwelling catheters.
